The Reason for the Failure of the Debris State During the Glass Tempering Process

In the process of Glass Tempering, the main reasons for the failure of the debris state are as follows:

1. Uneven heating

The uneven heating of the Tempered Glass Production Line is mainly caused by the failure of the heating system. For the glass is heated by the electric furnace wire in the heating furnace wire which will be oxidized and thinned for a long time and cause poor contact or melting, resulting in loss of local heating function in the tempering furnace body, resulting in uneven temperature of the glass plate surface. The temperature control system is faulty. Each tempering furnace consists of multiple temperature control zones and corresponding thermostats. If the thermostat fails, the person loses control locally, causing uneven heating of the glass.

2. Uneven cooling

The cooling damper is partially blocked or the wind dam has design and manufacturing defects, resulting in uneven air blowing, resulting in uneven cooling of the Float Glass Surface.

3. The process setting of heating and cooling is unreasonable

Heating temperature, time and cooling air pressure and blowing time should be adjusted as the glass thickness, color and ambient temperature change.

4. Inappropriate use of Tempering Furnace

Eager to increase production, high furnace loading rate, so that the furnace temperature drops too fast, heating system heating capacity is insufficient, resulting in glass large stage surface temperature.

5. The original Sheet Glass quality is not good

The Sheet Glass has defects such as bubbles and stones, which may cause uneven stress near the defects of the glass after tempering, resulting in partial local debris.
