The Basic Knowledge of Door and Window Installation

The Door and Window Installation is very important when we decor our house:

When constructing, it is strictly forbidden to put the scaffold or other heavy objects on.

4. The fixed point position of the door and window frame and the wall: it should be set at 180mm from the intersection of the corner of the frame and the border with the middle horizontal frame and the middle vertical frame. The spacing of the fixed points should be no more than 500mm.

5, the gap between the door and window frame and the wall should be reserved 5-8mm, door and window frame and wall clearance: the outer door and window should be filled with foaming agent first, and then sealed with special sealant. The gap between the wooden door frame and the wall is filled with two layers of mixed mortar.

6. Window sash installation: After the construction of the inner and outer wall surface and floor construction is completed, install it.

7. In order to ensure the firmness of the door and window frame installation, the embedded parts or blocks and the connecting iron parts must meet the requirements and be installed firmly.

8. The verticality of the side of the aluminum alloy window frame is allowed to be 2.5mm.

9. The tolerance of the aluminum alloy window frame is 2mm.

10. The verticality of the front side of the wooden door frame is allowed to be 2mm.

11. The height difference between frame and fan, fan and fan joint is 2mm.

12. The door-to-mouth slot limit is 1-2.5mm.
