The Questions Need to Pay Attention When Cutting The Coated Glass

With the increase of using coated glass,the demand for its quality of people is getting higher and higher.However, more and more problems appear when using or installing the coated glass.The below informations are some problems need to be paid attention to when the coated glass is cut.

1)Before putting a new piece of coated glass on the plate, the cutting table needs to be cleaned with feather duster to ensure that there is no debris and broken float glass on the cutting table.

2)When putting the sheet glass,it should be made sure that the film side of each sheet glass is  up.

3)The workers must wear white wool gloves when they touch the coated glass by hand,and then hold the rubber for operation.

4)The placement of coated glass: after cutting, the first coated glass sheet must be placed the surface of the film outward,and each piece of sheet glass must be separated by pearl cotton.

5)When the coated glass is not placed neatly, it is strictly prohibited to use the hand or tool for alignment.

6)The label should be attached to the glass side and must not be attached to the film surface.

7)For the coated glass that has been dispensed, the car must be arranged and completed within 24 hours.
