This project features a custom-engineered bulletproof glass system composed of one-way vision glass, ceramic frit glass, TPU interlayer, and a high-strength polycarbonate (PC) ballistic panel, permanently laminated into a multi-layer safety glazing unit through a high-temperature, high-pressure lamination process. This advanced structure enables different materials to bond seamlessly, significantly enhancing impact resistance and ballistic performance while maintaining excellent optical clarity and visual aesthetics.

The one-way vision glass provides privacy while allowing observation from the designated side, making it ideal for high-security applications. The ceramic frit glass adds architectural design value while maintaining long-term durability. The TPU interlayer offers exceptional toughness, tear resistance, and impact absorption, effectively retaining broken glass fragments and preserving the structural integrity of the glazing even under severe impact. Combined with the high-strength polycarbonate ballistic panel, the complete glazing system delivers enhanced ballistic protection and reliable security performance for demanding architectural projects.

Following the successful inspection, the customer proceeded to our packing area to witness the entire export packaging and container loading process for the bullet-resistant glass.

As bullet-resistant glass is both extremely heavy and highly valuable, it requires the highest level of protection during transportation. To ensure maximum safety, we use professionally designed export-grade wooden crate packaging. Each glass panel is separated by high-quality protective materials to prevent scratches or abrasion caused by vibration during transit. The interior of each crate is reinforced with multiple securing measures to enhance overall stability, while the exterior is made of ISPM 15-compliant fumigation-free wooden crates, fully meeting international shipping and customs clearance requirements.

During container loading, our team follows a strict loading plan to position and secure each crate properly. Weight distribution and fixing points are carefully arranged to ensure maximum stability throughout long-distance ocean transportation, minimizing transit risks and providing customers with safe, reliable, and worry-free international logistics.
