After The Windsheild Glass Shattered,The Pilot Landed Safely At 32.000 Feet.

At 6:26pm, May 14, a flight called 3U8633 of Sichuan Airlines departed from Chongqing to Lhasa. During the regional cruise in Chengdu, the front windshield Glass of the cockpit right seat broke and fell off.Fortunately, at 07:46pm, the plane landed smoothly at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. Except for the copilot's head and facial bruises, a flight attendant was injured at the waist, and the others had little abnormality except tinnitus. Liu Chuanjian who is the captain of the flight,was praised by the public as the "heroical captain"

The captain Liu had just leveled his plane at a cruising altitude of 32,000 feet when a stunning sound tore through the cockpit. He looked over and saw the right side windshield sheet glass of the flight was gone.

Liu, who joined Sichuan Airlines after leaving the military in 2006, was able to right the plane quickly and made an emergency landing at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport at 7:46,and he saved over 100 people on board about 45 minutes after the flight window glass blew out.

"There was no warning sign. Suddenly, the windshield flat glass just cracked and made a loud noise. The next thing I knew is my co-pilot had been sucked halfway out of the window," Liu said.

"Everything in the cockpit was floating in the air. Most of the equipment malfunctioned .The flight was shaking so hard I could not read the gauges and I couldn't hear the radio." Liu said.

When this news was being reported,everyone wondering why did the windshield float glass shattered.An investigative group set up by the Civil Aviation Administration of China has arrived in Chengdu, Sichuan province, to look into why the front windshield glass of an Airbus A319 blew out.Head of the administration's safety office said that aircraft windshield sheet glass is made of several layers of tough material,which is a very important part of an aircraft and is the strongest sheet glass on the craft,so it is extremely hard to break .A preliminary investigation found that blew out was original and had no record of problems or repairs.This incident is very strange and only further investigation will lead to a resolution.
